Johnny Depp is Mary-Kate's fashion icon. She looks to men for her inspiration.

And Ashley's? -- Vintage movie stars as in Rita Hayworth and Audrey Hepburn.

Mary-Kate Olsen says Johnny Depp is her style icon.

The 21-year-old actress - one half of the multi-million pound Olsen film, fashion and merchandise empire with twin sister Ashley - has revealed she is inspired by the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor's unique sense of style.

She told Bliss magazine: "Weirdly, I look to guys like Johnny Depp for style tips. He just knows how to put things together and I love that scruffy rock look."

However, Mary-Kate's sister looks to more convention fashion icons for inspiration.

Ashley admits she is obsessed with the clothes and glamorous lifestyles of Hollywood starlets from the past.

She said: "I like old movie stars like Audrey Hepburn and Rita Hayworth - they were so stylish."
