In the clip Samantha says there’s chemistry between Kate and Hunter but I get the feeling it’s all an act, at least on Kay’s part, and Mary-Kate will tire of him pretty fast.

He seems like a really nice guy and means well but to me he comes off slightly immature especially for someone like Mary-Kate who’s 21 going on 40 intellectually.
