Not too many people know this, but "Full House" started out as a raunchy off Broadway play called "Full House: The Mangina Chronicles." It starred and was directed/written by an unknown but very talented young comedian at that time, Bob "I haven't had sex in a year" Saget. It was about three men who lived together and acted "so irritable and bitchy they might as well of had vaginas." 

Here's a rare clip of outtakes from that play that made men over 40 exclaim when they saw it, "Hey! That's me! I'm a mangina too!"

    Wow, you mean I’m eighth to comment? Cool! I got a bike when I was six - and now this? It’s a good life people. Anyway, I read somewhere that “The Odd Couple” & “Grumpy Old Men” came from the same basic idea. There’s been lots of TV shows and movies about guys who just can’t seem to do anything right. It makes for good comedy. Women got tired of that kind of entertainment directed against them - nowadays it’s entertainment for them. And it’s often very funny stuff.
