Julia Roberts and her pal Dave Matthews teamed up again last night.
The Oscar-winning actress introduced the group when they performed at the Stand Up for a Cure 2008 Concert Series at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
Says a rep for the event: “The charity is honored that she will be introducing the band at the concert. Her support will make a huge difference.”
The concert helped raise money and awareness for lung cancer research.
The last time Julia worked with Dave was in 2005, when she appeared in his Dreamgirl video. It was her first acting gig after she gave birth to twins Hazel and Phinnaeus.
A gaggle of stars stepped out to support the charity event, including Mary-Kate Olsen, Chace Crawford, Dina Lohan and Lindsay Lohan (who got to the Garden at 6 p.m. to watch girlfriend Samantha Ronson DJ for the pre-party).
