Spencer Pratt, all round sleaze bag and costar on the MTV reality series The Hills, claims in this new article at style.com, that he sold the photo below of Mary-Kate, allegedly drinking, for $50k.

What he probably did was wake Mary-Kate up, take a photo while she's dazed and confused, and say she was drunk. This guy is such a tool. Get a life bro, stop trying to get over on celebs to get sick kicks. How would he like it if everyone followed him around trying to "get" him?

6. mike clearly doesn’t photoshop. Considering that she has a rep for partying and her and spencer did attend either the same or close highschools, I doubt it’s doctored. Plus, it looks like it was taken at a party and cropped so the owner of the mystery hand is probably just out of the frame. The red looks like it’s part of her clothingg and she’s holding the hand of the guy behind her. If you ever take a photography class you’d have learned that if you’re not looking directly in the lens, your eyes won’t be red, so if one person has red eyes it doesn’t mean everyone will. Not to mention that if it was doctored, she would have sued him for defamation. Most teens party and drink so who really cares if she was drunk or not? She’s awesome regardless and spencer will always be a prat.

7. After staring at this photo for about 10 min I have conclude that it has been photoshoped made and a very bad one. There are 3 reasons why I say that.

   No. 1; How come Spencer have red eyes but the guy in black hasn´t?

   No. 2; The hand which is holding the bottle is a right one. But who is holding it? Is it Spencer? Well, ins´t Mary holding his left hand and isn´t Spenc´s right hand which has its pinkie in a out side position. And the guy in the black; isn´t he too far away because the mistery forearm is in about 45° angle. Then whose hand is it??

   No. 3; Shadows and camera angle combo. How can a transparent bottle with a transparent liquid cast such strong tone shadow? And the camera man/woman is standing in front of them, so how can Spencer´s pinkie cast such long shadow to the left??

   I´ve found more mistakes in this photo which tells me this is a photoshop made picture. One of them is that Mary is holding someones hand who is in a red clothing but Spencer and the other guy are only wearing black and white. So where does that red color come from?

   I´m no expert but I am without a doubt sure that this photo isn´t real.

    I don’t mind mary-kate being drunk there she was enjoying herself and got carried away. Its normal. shes human. She is hot when she was drunk there. Oh yeah!!
