that has got to be the biggest pile of shite iv ever heard!!! there is evidence that just one cigarette a day causes lung damage & how many people do you know that only smokes one cigarette a day??….nicotine is addictive, thats why smoking is so dangerous cus one cigarette leads to another, the another, then another, untill your on 2 packs a day & have a severe risk of lung cancer, throat cancer, mouth cancer & clogged arteries…..
my father works at a pharma-institute and he says that smoking is not that dangerous as people think it is. In fact, one cigarette a day is healthy because its cleaning the arteries! and that your skin is getting aged by smoking is a lie! Its just bronzing the skin! Skin gets aged by alkohol and coffee and choclate!
