I’m not sure Anonymous but I think they both started to smoke around their 18th-birthday in 2004. I think all the pics of them smoking (mainly of MK smoking) came out after MK’s rehab stint right around their 18th-birthday. I’ve heard that Stavros is just a rich heir who is totally full of himself (ego-wise) anyway! So he’s no loss to anyone! But; then again, so is Paris! HaHa!
