Despite claims she has relapsed into her old eating habits, Mary-Kate's spokesman said it was something all patients had to do when they were released. He said: "She is regularly going to outpatient care. She goes in New York and Los Angeles. There is no acute problem right now." Mary-Kate, 18, was discharged from her rehabilitation clinic last year after spending six weeks at Utah's exclusive Cirque Lodge centre.
