It's The Row designer, Ashley Olsen, most likely wearing The Row. Hurrah for smiles! 
I can't begin to tell you how many people texted me from the event saying how beautiful she is in person. I was also told that her manager/publicist/handler was within 10 feet of her at all times to intercept any unwanted conversation/interviews. One local writer, just trying to get a quick bite about Valentine's Day gifts, was told that Miss Olsen was "too exhausted" to answer his question. That's not what you say to a man who spent the day studying for and taking a Swahili final.
