Nicole Richie was pictured preparing to go to driving school. The daughter of legendary singer Lionel Richie was looking calm and collected in blue jeans and a black top and a huge pair of sunglasses. Richie is currently dealing with rumors that her boyfriend Joel Madden, has been seen hanging out with Mary Kate Olsen in New York.

The 26 year old Richie appears to have settled down a lot since beginning her relationship with Good Charlotte musician Madden. She gave birth to Harlow Winter Kate Madden in January 2008 and has been involved with charity work, with the Richie Madden Children's Foundation.
