A twin is single, as Ashley Olsen & boyfriend split

Looks like Ashley Olsen won’t be partying at Butter any time in the near future.

Lowdown hears that the 18-year-old blond Olsen twin has split with her 30-year-old boyfriend, Scott Sartiano, who co-owns the trendy downtown nightspot.

The couple had been virtually inseparable for almost a year - an inescapable fixture of New York nightlife.

Ashley spent much more time with her boyfriend than with sister Mary-Kate, who moved out of their Tribeca loft in January.

Both the Ashley and Scott camps were mum yesterday, but it seems Team Sartiano might have already won round one of the inevitable gossip war.

“People are already talking about how Scott was sick of her pain in the a- ways,” reports a Lowdown spy. “He’s surrounded by girls who are hotter, taller, cooler, etc., and he wants to trade up.”

Ashley, who is going into her sophomore year at NYU with an approximate net worth of $137 million, appears on the cover of the July Harper’s Bazaar, and plans to spend the summer traveling between New York and Los Angeles.

Sartiano has recently launched party-planning company 4 Degrees with pals Richie Akiva, Mike Heller and Jeff Goldstein.

Yesterday, the Olsens’ PR rep, Michael Pagnotta, declined to respond to Lowdown’s account.

“I don’t comment on her personal life or relationships.”

Sartiano’s assistant told Lowdown: “Scott doesn’t comment on his personal life.”

I really like Mary-Kate’s style!:!:
It’s really differant and I like how it’s baggy and vintage!:cool: MK really needs baggy clothing after what happended!:sad: It helps her blend in and not show a lot of skin!:wink:

ok…i really don’t think that the Olsen Twins have a good taste to pick men….but, between us, Michael, don’t u think Jared is pretty much better than Sartiano?!

Tha worst thing that could happen is that they get married. Sure it’s sad that they go out but if it is really only for publicity then I don’t mind. I would be really depressed if they would get married because these guys are indeed ******** and aren’t right for MKA.

I got to agree with Daanish. Those guys are complete ******** who are only using Ashley and Mary-Kate for the publicity. I bet the club that dumbass Scott co-owns is raking in more money now that he’s hanging around Ashley. It would be great to see that place shut down and his business ruined. Someone should inform whoever is in charge of Liquor Control in NYC and let them know he allowed minors into his club. I know that if that happened in PA, he’d be in jail because minors aren’t even allowed in clubs where alcohol is served. It’s only a matter of time before all 3 of these clowns fade from sight.

I agree with you 100% Stavros, Scott and David are all mega ********! What’s up with these guys treating MK & ASH like that. It seems that the only reason they go out with the girls is to be seen and photographed and make the magazine covers!

I agree that they are only using MK & ASH for publicity. I mean who the HELL ever heard of these guys before they were seen with MK & ASH!
