The federal Drug Enforcement Administration in New York has issued a subpoena to Mary-Kate Olsen that forces her to testify in front of a grand jury.

MK’s legal peeps issued a statement Monday insisting that the mini-mogul had no idea how Heath Ledger obtained Vicodin and Oxycontin without a legal prescription, which led to his accidental overdose.

Olsen was the first person called by the masseuse who discovered Heath’s body.

She refused to speak to the feds about the investigation unless they granted her immunity from prosecution.

No timeline was given on when she might appear in front of the grand jury.
