You thought there was no limit on the American Express Centurion black credit card? Think again. If your bank account is empty it doesn't matter who you are, you get rejected. That's exactly what happened to Mary-Kate and Ashley at Maxfields recently. They forgot to hit the refill button after their last purchase, France, and now they're sooo embarrassed. Mr. Maxfield told them to get out and don't come back.

You didn't believe that did you? No way their American Express black would ever be rejected. Mr. Maxfield must laughing all the way to the bank after every visit by the shop-oholic duet.

Of course I was just kidding about that unlimited black Amex. That's just another unsubstantiated urban myth and there is no such thing, or is there?
