Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are turning their backs on their body-obsessed peers by putting on some much-needed weight, thanks to a diet of love, NW reports.

With Ashley content with actor boyfriend Justin Bartha and Mary-Kate getting serious about artist beau Nate Lowman, the twins have received a boost to their self-esteem thanks to their supportive lovers. As a result, they've finally done away with dramatic diets.

"The weight gain is down to the girls being so happy with their current boyfriends," a pal says. "They're more confident about their bodies now and they've relaxed their eating habits."

"They look great now. Everyone is telling them to keep the weight on!"
