Consumers Turn Up Noses at Celebrity Scents Industry analysts say that naming a scent for a celebrity is no guarantee that a perfume will take off. In recent years, failed fragrances by such marquis notables as Shaquille O'Neil, Elton John and the Olsen Twins have disappeared from cosmetic counters and drugstore shelves after consumers, particularly teen shoppers, turned up their noses at them. Success, says scent scientist Branson Dray, who has designed perfume bottles for celebrity fragrances for Cher and Derek Jeeter, depends on three ingredients. "You need an appealing scent and a star with a following, but that audience has to want to smell like the star," says Dray.Would anyone who has tried it care to comment? Did you like it? Did your friends/boyfriends like it?

I know…. im looking for jasmine spice as well. i loved it and it was my signiture. i decided to change it up for a bit and when i went back to it it was no where to be found. i will buy it in bulk off the internet if i have to. help!!!
they smell so goood! i love the jasmine spice one! im wearing it right now! my friend had it and i kept spraying it till she got a headache! it smells great!! does anyone kjnow where to find itt?? please HELP! i want ti sooo badlyy! haha.
I loooove the pink bottle of NYC coast to coast!! It smells SOOO good but I can’t find it at stores anymore. I’ve looked at several. :(!!
My daughter has a friend that has a bottle of Two, she loves it and I love the smell also. I have gone to CVS, Walgreens and Walmart looking to buy it for myself and no one has it. They were all sold out of it. So much for the comment about there product not selling well.

I just bought the Mary Kate and Ashley perfume. It smells sooooooo nice. I bought the limited edition MKA Malibu Style, the purple bottle. I also like the long yellow bottle, but it was sold out at the store.
It smells great. I will be buying more of your perfumes this week.
I love Mary Kate and Ashley Two!!!! I bought it twice already and decided this will be my signature perfume. I love the smell, its classy and the scent is not overpowering. I also love the fact that it comes with a lotion, and it does not cost much. Unfortunately, from where i last bought it they were no longer selling your perfumes. I scanned several malls and all said the same. Why are you no longer shipping it here in the Philippines? Im seriously considering of buying the perfume online! I’m hooked! Mary Kate and Ashley please continue making these perfumes and please continue to market those here in Asia, especially in the Philippines! You girls rock!

Ohh!! MaryKate and Ashley fragrances are great especially the MKA coast to coast L.A and MKA #two.They”ll smells flowery and floral.And those fragrance are not strong.It is only mild everytime I wear it.And I can’t stop smelling those coz they are really smelly.And when I spray it, the scent of it stills there so thats why i really love those.And also they are not so expensive to buy than the other designers fragrances.Pls. make more of those:grin:

i am a 26 year old with a very sensitive nose. i used to wear victoria’s secret azurine- then it was discontinued. i have been looking for another lightweight scent that i really like and lo and behold i found THREE! i love coast to coast LA (my absolute fave) but ill also wear coast to coast NYC and MKA #2. i rotate and sometimes mix these three and people are always asking what i am wearing!

I actually tried the Coast to Coast scent on about 2 hours ago and I liked it. I can still smell it but it’s not overpowering.

They were still selling the scents at Target when I was there last week. I hadn’t intended to buy them, but for fun, I tested them out to see how they smelled, and I actually liked the Jasmine Spice (MKA One) enough to buy it. Everyone I’ve asked liked it as well. *shrug*
I’d buy it just to collect them.
