While she didn't hide her face from the paparazzi, she didn't look to pleased to see them and just marched on by. On Friday afternoon, People spotted Mary-Kate having lunch with her boyfriend, Nate Lowman, and about a dozen other friends at the Beverly Hills Hotel's Polo Lounge.
