Actress Jodie Sweetin is attempting to work through her marriage and custody troubles amicably to avoid a drawn-out court battle with estranged husband Cody Herpin. The former Full House star, 26, filed for legal separation from Herpin, 31, in November (08) - seven months after she gave birth to the couple's first child.
