You guys, it’s Nicole Richie because Lady Gaga NEVER wears pants. Just look up some of her pictures and you’ll see that she NEVER wears pants. Anyways, this isn’t really fashion Lady Gaga would be in to. I think Lady Gaga has a good taste in fashion and this chick right here is really “Naca” with what she’s wearing.
