heres the law:

The California Privacy Protection Act of 1998

The Act creates new civil liability in only very narrow circumstances. It provides:

A person is liable for constructive invasion of privacy when the defendant attempts to capture, in a manner that is offensive to a reasonable person, any type of visual image, sound recording, or other physical impression of the plaintiff engaging in a personal or familial activity under the circumstances in which the plaintiff had a reasonable expectation of privacy through the use of a visual or auditory enhancing device, regardless of whether there is a physical trespass, if this image, sound recording, or other physical impression could not have been achieved without a trespass unless the visual or auditory enhancing device was used. (Id. at § 1708.8 (b).)

however there is not a reasonable expectation of privacy for what is done in public places, in this case a public airport, so this law does not apply. they can use zoom all they want.

as far as i know, correct me if im wrong, its not illegal to wear fur or other legal animal parts. if you dont want to wear fur or other animal parts, dont wear them. if you dont want other people to wear fur or any other animal parts like shoes made out of leather (cows) then try to get a law passed. thats the civilized thing to do. i’m assuming you think your civilized and people who wear animal parts, like leather shoes which your probably wearing right now, are not.

I guess thats just the star life, and they are used to it by now. I do feel bad for them and it must be very infuriating to not be able to go anywhere or do anything without people taking your picture. yeah and that body guard looks like a useless piece of fat…help the poor girl haha i love MK
