She’s also nixed sugary treats, Frappuccino runs and fast food binges. “I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been,” she says.

JUICIEST SCANDAL: Madonna & A-Rod’s steamy relationship

Madonna’s latest incarnation: the other woman. After being linked to Yankees star Alex Rodriguez, 33, in early July (A-Rod’s wife, Cynthia, promptly filed for divorce), reports circulated that the Material Mom’s own nearly eight-year marriage to Guy Ritchie was on the rocks. According to a report, Madonna, 50, and Guy, 39, plan to stay together until November or December. (Another report says the couple just renewed their wedding vows.) But Madge and Alex remain closely connected: They share the same manager and close confidant, Guy Oseary, and a good friend in Miami party promoter Ingrid Casares.
