So a few days ago we informed you that the Olsens are collaborating with JC Penney on junior’s line. Well the first looks are out and it’s obvious that the line is directed towards teenagers. As opposed to their more refined fashion lines such as Elizabeth and James and The Row, this line has a younger more grungy feel.
