Vanity Fair recently published their annual International Best-Dressed List.

The roster included your typical fabulously attired celebs like Angelina Jolie, Sarah Jessica Parker, Brad Pitt and the like.

Understandably missing from the coveted list? Mary-Kate Olsen.

Once celebrated for her Boho-chic look, the former actress looked borderline crazy yesterday as she dropped by the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills to trim her tresses.

Pairing an array of what appears to be dirty laundry with some orthopedic gladiator sandals, the former style icon looked more like she was en route to a looney bin than she did an upscale salon.

While we don’t claim to be psychics, this isn’t a look we predict will hit a mall near you any time soon.
