The Wackness, the 1990s coming-of-age tale starring Josh Peck, Olivia Thrilby, Ben Kingsley, Famke Janssen and Mary-Kate Olsen will be available on DVD and Blu-Ray on January 6th!

The Wackness is about Luke Shapiro, a teenager who takes on a different kind of summer job and his adventures with his shrink and his quest to woo the girl of his dreams, Stephanie. Mary-Kate plays a hippie named Union, who is one of Luke’s customers.

The DVD will feature deleted scenes, two mini-documentaries- “Keeping it Real” which looks at a day in the life of writer/director Jonathan Levine, and “Time in a Bottle” which looks at the behind the scenes happening on the set of The Wackness, the first episode of “The Luke Shapiro Show” and commentary from Jonathan Levine and star Josh Peck.

The DVD is currently available to pre-order for $21.99 from Amazon.

"It's primarily alcohol [abuse] but there's also concern regarding methamphetamines," Robert Benavente, the lawyer for her ex Cody Herpin, tells PEOPLE.

Sweetin's lawyer strongly denies the claims. "Jodie absolutely has not relapsed into using meth," Wilma Presley tells PEOPLE. "She merely confessed to having several glasses of wine over dinner recently and felt guilty about that. She is currently in a 12-step program and is working hard on her sobriety. She wants to be clean and sober from everything."

A judge made a temporary ruling Wednesday that Sweetin's custody over daughter, Zoie, 8 months, must only be in her parents' home (where she currently lives) or in her parents' presence.

A Orange County, California judge made the ruling this afternoon, after Jodie’s estranged husband, Cody Herpin, asked for an emergency custody hearing, during which he accused the recovering meth addict of being an unfit mother.

In fact, Cody cited an incident in which his wife allegedly drove intoxicated with their daughter, Zoie, in the car.

(And he knew that such an incident took place and he conveniently neglected to bring it up until Jodie started divorce proceedings? Me thinks that’s a bit fishy. Funny how he didn’t figure out how unfit she was until she left him. Given the options, let’s hope the judge does what’s best for Zoie and hands her over to be raised by a pack of wolves. With these two douchebursts for parents, she’d undoubtedly be better off.)

Obviously a few glasses of wine can be a problem for anyone with an addictive personality, and it’s a slippery slope. While Jodie did take Zoie with her when she left Cody, she’s been living with her parents so having them around probably won’t be hard. This sounds like it’s going to be one dramatic divorce case. It’s unlikely Cody is going for Jodie’s money, since their home is in foreclosure and she’s stated that all of their bills are past due. Hopefully that was a one-time slip for Jodie and she’ll be able to pass the drug test and move on to better things.

In general, here’s a rule I’ve learned: When celebrities are all like, “Yeah, I used to have an addiction problem, but now I don’t. “We’ve written polite letters, we’ve sent them video exposes, we’ve even held protests - maybe it takes a dash of snow in the face to knock some sense into fur-flaunting stars,” senior vice-president Dan Matthews said in a press release.

They also have holiday e-cards to send and share with your friends.

The game is a fun and playful way to make their point (despite the fact they still call MK and Ash the Trollsen twins and insist on using the troll-like figures) as opposed to their demonstrations and their previous Trollsen game where you dressed up Hairy-Kate and Trashley in animal blood.

You know you’re an unfit mother when… your estranged husband calls an emergency hearing to take custody of your baby away from you citing the time you drove drunk with him in the car. That’s what happened to Jodie Sweetin.

A doctor told the judge that Jodie had fallen off the wagon but kept in contact with her sponsor. He admitted that the baby isn’t at risk at the moment. As a result, the judge ordered Jodie be supervised at all times when she’s with the kid. I guess it didn’t help much that Jodie was a meth addict / alcoholic who lived with her parents.

Aww shucks, don’t be such a worry wart. It’s not like she’s going to drown the baby in the bathtub. Not now anyway. Oh, you ruin everything Judge McDowner.

Not only is this totally irresponsible, it's disrespectful to the countless women who have actually experienced domestic abuse.

And what did he reveal in the interview? That he cheated for "attention." Puh-lease...

Looking at the top half of Ashley Olsen's NYC outfit, it appears she may be attending an important business meeting. But the bottom half tells a whole different story. In her black leggings and Nike sneakers, Ashley could very well be going for a run. Frankly, I'm not surprised that Ashley decided to create her own version of sporty chic. Full House alum Jodie Sweetin is not allowed to see her 8-month-old daughter without supervision, an Orange County, Calif., judge ruled during an emergency custody hearing Wednesday.

The ruling came after Sweetin’s estranged husband Cody Herpin accused her of being an unfit mother — and allegedly that she once drove intoxicated with their daughter Zoie in the car, TMZ.com reports.

A doctor who took the stand also claimed that Sweetin, 26 — a former meth addict and alcoholic who lives with her parents — had relapsed but has been in touch with her sponsor and is attending AA meetings. The doctor said she does not believe the baby is at risk at the moment.

Sweetin will now not be allowed to be with the child unless one of her parents is present, the judge said.

A judge ordered both Sweetin and Herpin to submit to drug tests before the next hearing.

The couple announced their split in November after a year together.

She is seeking joint legal and physical custody of Zoie.

The “Full House” hottie was looking city chic in a black wool overcoat and sunglasses teamed with a beige top, black leggings, and black shoes as he passed the paparazzi.

We spotted "author" Ashley Olsen stalking through the streets of New York City this afternoon.  Dressed like a vampire in mourning, I was struck by the fact that Ashley was wearing sneakers, something that seems like an impossibility in her world of high fashion.

Ashley Olsen was dressed down today for an afternoon of running errands in NYC with a couple friends. Of course, for street style star Ashley, going casual means carrying a huge Fendi bag and wearing a chic black coat — though instead of sky-high heels, she sported a pair of Nikes. It's nice to see that even fashion writer Ashley is willing to kick it in sneakers once in a while like the rest of us.

Sienna Miller shocked the world when she was caught on camera brazenly and passionately making out with married actor Balthazar Getty in Positano, Italy, in July. Sienna should have known better. After all, her ex-fiancé Jude Law infamously cheated on her with his children’s nanny in 2005, causing “a loss of innocence on my part,” she said. “I was blinded by being a romantic person.” And she’s not the only star to have been betrayed. Bold-face names from Halle Berry to Mary-Kate Olsen have also had unfaithful partners. “I’ve been cheated on a time or two,” country star Carrie Underwood has admitted. “It’s tough.”

“Cheating is more prevalent in Hollywood than the fans could fathom,” Paul Barresi, a private investigator in Los Angeles, reveals to In Touch. “A lot of stars present themselves as dedicated spouses or boyfriends and girlfriends, but behind closed doors they often live parallel lives.” Many celebrities go to great lengths to conceal their trysts. “I know of one star who’d kiss his wife goodbye and in less than an hour be at a five-star hotel taking the service elevator to the top floor to be in the arms of his lover,” Barresi says. “I’ve known stars who troll the red light district, hiding behind tinted windows, sometimes dressed in disguise, searching for a sexual fix with a stranger.”

Since it opened two years ago, the Institute of Contemporary Art has been touted as the jewel of the new Boston, the essence of all that's possible for a once stodgy city. On Wednesday night, more than 300 guests—arts patrons, fans of fashion, and a sprinkling of old Brahmins for good measure—flocked to the museum's Art of New American Fashion benefit to preview Spring pieces by, and rub shoulders with, ten of fashion's most promising new designers. Among them: Brian Reyes, The Row's Ashley Olsen, Elise Øverland, Lyn Devon, and Jason Wu.
Charlie Scheips, cultural historian and author of 2007's American Fashion, conceived the event, but Louis Boston owner and honorary chair Debi Greenberg made it happen. "To be frank, Boston needed a good party," said Greenberg, who wore a Champagne-colored Brian Reyes sheath. The designers arrived via bus from New York. "We all had our tabloids to keep us occupied," said Chris Benz of the five-hour ride. In keeping with the field-trip feel, museum director Jill Medvedow led the designers and special guests on a private tour, paying close attention to sculptor Tara Donovan's installations of plastic cups, toothpicks, and straws. "We've heard over and over there's no appetite in Boston for edgy, smart, innovative fashion, just as we'd heard over and over there was no appetite for contemporary art," Medvedow said. "But the feeling here tonight is nothing short of sheer excitement. It speaks to the possibilities."

Last night, Mary-Kate Olsen, Chace Crawford, and Moby were among those who flocked to the Tribeca Film Center for a Cinema Society screening of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Discussing the curious—and quite technical—process by which director David Fincher made Brad Pitt appear to age backwards (a concept based on an F. Scott Fitzgerald short story), Taraji Henson, who plays Queenie, admitted her co-star has his limitations. "He can't shrink himself," she said. "He's good, but he's not that good."
Following the movie, the crowd headed to the Soho Grand Hotel for the after-party in a Fincher-meets-Fitzgerald-induced haze. After watching a film that puts a youthful physique and its dewlike glow in their rightful, fleeting place, what are a bunch of bright young things to do? Drink, of course! When we caught up with Fincher, he clearly still had the whole age thing on his mind. "It's like an 18-year-old," he said of his latest flick. "You're not sure if it's ready to be on its own yet." Those five Golden Globe nominations should help ease his concern.
