Rose McGowan was seen this week leaving the luxie Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills with a hot new hue. Insiders confirm Rose went in with a chocolate brown color, which was crafted by Neil George colorist Tracey Cunningham, with a cut and blow dry executed by stylist Adam Campbell.
According to the experts at the salon, while some celebs are going for shorter, pixie cuts, the lasting trend at this 90210 hotspot is long, sexy layers -- just like McGowan's.
