"Mary-Kate seriously needs to get to rehab, but she doesn't think she has a problem," a source tells the Star. "She thinks she's young, hip, and entitled to live her life as she sees fit. But it's affecting everything." The Star cites one particular recent incident (pictured above) where Mary-Kate was captured tumbling to the ground in a parking lot, claiming that the young starlet was "so out of it" and took a quick vacation to a holistic health spa to "detox".
