Couple alert! According to Us Weekly, "Full House" alum/fashionista ASHLEY OLSEN, 21, and actor/musician JARED LETO, 36, have rekindled their romance after briefly dating in 2005. The twosome was spotted Monday holding hands at a benefit gala in Los Angeles.

"They looked like a couple and they were making out," a witness tells Us.

But a source close to Ashley says they're not an item. "They aren't back together. They're friends."

Ashley Olsen is renovating her Los Angeles mansion!

We finally have an explanation for why Ashley Olsen put on her best emo costume for this past Saturday's Art of Elysium gala in L.A.: She totally wanted to hook up with Jared Leto.

The ex-lovers were spotted holding hands (gasp!), making out (no!) and looking coupley (stop!) at the event. However, according to an Us Weekly insider, "They aren't back together. They're friends." And we're inclined to believe that.

After all, it doesn't matter that he was once Jordan Catalano. The dude has gone so far into the guylining, hair-dying 30 Seconds to Mars thing there's no coming back.

Ash is way over that, but that's not to say a makeout session on a lonely night is out of the question.

Comment: i like mk's purse. it's a cool colour, and certainly a different colour than she's been wearing lately. i was thinking about those sunglasses of hers and about whether or not i liked them. do you guys think she's going to bring them back in style like she did (along with a few other celebs) with the wayfarers? sometimes when i see something they're wearing and i don't particularly like, i try to warm up to it, knowing that it will soon be in style because they're just amazing predictors of style (or actual trendsetters, depending on who you talk to).

Mary-Kate Olsen was spotted leaving hers and Ashley’s Los Angeles offices on January 14. She was wearing the same plaid shirt she had on in NYC. I really like the boots she’s wearing!

Ashley was supposedly in the parking lot at the same time, but I can’t find pictures of her!

US Magazine is reporting that Ashley Olsen might be rekindling her 2005 romance with Jared Leto.

A source spotted them holding hands at the Art of Elysium event on January 12.

“They looked like a couple and they were making out,” the source says.

However, another source denies this rumor. “They aren’t back together,” the second source claimed. “They’re friends.”

The issue hits newsstands this week and will have more details. Jared is yet another older man for Ash–he’s 36!
