How do you tell the Olsen Twins apart?

This is the most common question by far and is very understandable, well at least it used to be. Because recently it's become much easier to tell them apart since the Olsen Twins have intentionally made efforts to not look like twins any more (and they're not identical by the way, they are fraternal.) As you can see from the picture above, Mary-Kate has now taken the lead by having different hair coloring, brunette. Ashley has stayed blonde. So this is now the current best way to tell them apart. But what if they some day have the same hair color again you say. How do you tell them apart then you say? Well there are many small differences, but for me there is one special way I do it...

Lips. The upper lip specifically. This is the number one way I tell them apart. These days Mary-Kate has a very thin upper lip, while Ashley has a fuller upper lip, as you can see here:

There are other features that I use to tell them apart but they are more subtle so I will leave that for another day.
