Articles -> How To Take Vidcaps (Video Captures)

Media Player Classic

I use Media Player Classic. It's free, easy to use, and can play all the popular video formats such as Windows Media Video (wmv, wma),  Apple Quicktime (mov), Windows Audio Video Interleave (avi), Real Movie (rm), etc.

Click to download MPC

  1. Load the clip in Media Player Classic.

  2. Position the clip to the first place you want to do a video capture.

  3. Click File->Save Image

  4. Select the folder where you want to save the image then click on the [Save] button.

  5. You've made your first video capture!

  6. From now on all you have to do is position the clip where you want to take the next video capture and hit F5. This will automatically take the next video capture and put it in the folder you put the first video capture in.
